Method for making breakfast porridge
Egg yolk porridge

2 teaspoons of rice, washed, added with about 120 ml of water, soaked for1~ 2h, then boiled for 40 ~ 50min with low fire, then crushed egg yolk, added into porridge pot and boiled for about10min.

Fruit porridge

Put 3 tablespoons of cereal into the pot, add 1 tablespoon of milk, then cook for 20 ~ 30 minutes on low fire until it becomes sticky, and then add 1 tablespoon of chopped fruit (chopped bananas and honey can also be used) after the fire stops.

Bread porridge

Cut 1/3 loaves of bread evenly into small pieces, put them in a pot, and add 2 tablespoons of stock to cook. When the bread becomes soft, cease fire.

Milk lotus root starch

Put 1/2 tbsp of lotus root starch, 1/2 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of milk into a pot, mix them evenly, and cook with low heat while stirring until a transparent paste appears.

Cream eggs

Egg yolk 1/2 tablespoons, starch 1/2 tablespoons, put them in a pot and stir them evenly, then boil them over high fire, stir them while cooking, add 3 tablespoons of milk when they are sticky, and add a little honey when cooling after the ceasefire.
