Strengthen the study of skills and knowledge. Learn the knowledge of testing and quality inspection to improve the comprehensive ability of inspectors, so as to ensure the completion of the department's objectives and tasks under the condition of expanding production capacity and shortage of staff. Strengthen team management, reduce personnel flow, enhance cooperation awareness, and ensure the integrity of the department. Strengthen process quality control, design qc engineering drawings, and build the overall framework of quality control. Improve the quality control process and inspection means: establish and improve the operation process and inspection standards for incoming materials, manufacturing process and finished product delivery inspection. The analysis and solution of customer complaints should be carried out to the root. At present, the analysis of customer complaints is not deep enough, and quality engineers are not fully involved in the analysis and improvement of customer complaints, and the improvement is not thorough. In the process of handling quality complaints this year, we should pay more attention to recurring problems, put forward early warning when necessary, and actively prevent them. Call relevant departments to analyze the reasons, formulate corrective and preventive measures in time, assist customer service personnel to reply to customers within three days, and the quality management department will supervise the implementation and track the handling situation. The quality management department should organize the system construction in an all-round way, re-examine the system documents of all departments, truly achieve the consistency of speaking, doing and writing, and conduct training at different levels to popularize iso knowledge and conduct on-the-job training for new employees to ensure that they fully understand their personal responsibilities; Conduct iso compulsory training and assessment for management personnel, and earnestly study and implement relevant documents of various departments. Let all departments be familiar with their respective work functions and strictly follow the requirements of iso system documents. The analysis of quality problems in the past year shows that the existing quality control methods are imperfect and have loopholes. It is mainly the lack of product inspection means and inspection technology, and many problems are not analyzed comprehensively and thoroughly. This is also the place where the inspection work of the quality management department should be actively improved in the future.
Second, the supplier quality
