Personnel applying for the certificate of special equipment operators shall meet the following conditions:
(1) The age is 18 years old;
(2) Being in good health and meeting the special requirements of the type of operation applied for;
(3) Having a cultural level suitable for the type of business to be engaged in;
(4) Having work experience suitable for the type of work applied for;
