Henan Communications Vocational and Technical College originated from 1953 Henan Provincial Bureau cadre training class, and has experienced the development stages of Henan Provincial Bureau cadre training class, Henan Communications Cadre School, Zhengzhou Communications College and Henan Communications School. In 2004, it was independently upgraded to Henan Communications Vocational and Technical College with the approval of Henan Provincial Civil Affairs Department.
