Usually refers to all factors related to people, such as people's vision, hearing, physical health and so on. In the future maintenance work, the failure of a certain part will threaten personal safety and even flight safety, and will also affect the value of personal life.
The human factor in aviation maintenance is mainly to study the influencing factors of the current aviation maintenance personnel's worksheet, optimize the maintenance personnel's work performance, reduce human errors and ensure the safety of civil aviation. In recent years, the research shows that the flight accident rate related to human factors has risen sharply, and reducing or even eliminating the accident rate is the goal that aviation circles all over the world continue to pursue.
The study of human factors involves the knowledge of many disciplines. But its main purpose is to solve aviation accidents and mechanical failures caused by human factors in the real world, so understanding and learning human factors will greatly promote future work.
According to the official inquiry of Peking University Magic Weapon, in order to ensure the airworthiness and flight safety of civil aviation, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Airworthiness Management of Civil Aircraft in People's Republic of China (PRC) (CCAR-1 45 for short) issued by the State Council on May 4, 987 and implemented on June1day.
Article 2 stipulates that People's Republic of China (PRC) and any maintenance unit or individual at home and abroad who is registered to engage in civil aviation maintenance business in People's Republic of China (PRC) must apply for a maintenance license from the Civil Aviation Administration. After the Civil Aviation Administration has reviewed its maintenance facilities, technicians and quality management system and issued a maintenance license, it can engage in maintenance business within the approved scope.
With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the development of civil aviation is getting faster and faster, the reliability and safety of aircraft have been obviously improved, and the equipment and procedures used by maintenance personnel are becoming more and more complicated.
However, one major aspect of aviation maintenance has not changed, that is, most maintenance work is still done by people. However, due to the limitations of their own psychology, physical strength, intelligence and reaction ability, people always make mistakes.
