4) Responsible for organizing monthly salary accounting and tracking salary payment;
5) Be responsible for examining and approving the salary standards and bonus payment standards of various employees;
6) Be responsible for timely adjusting the salary of relevant employees according to the statistical results of performance appraisal, job change and job promotion and the company's salary management methods;
7) Be responsible for the analysis, forecast and budget report of all kinds of salary data, and provide reasonable executable plans;
