Responsibilities of the Bureau of Landscape Architecture
(a) responsible for the implementation of national, provincial and municipal urban landscaping policies, laws and regulations, study and formulate local regulations and related policies, and supervise the implementation.
(two) to formulate the development strategy, principles and policies of urban landscaping industry, and to work out the urban green space system planning in conjunction with the urban and rural planning departments; Prepare biodiversity conservation plans, formulate long-term development goals and annual plans for urban landscaping, and supervise their implementation.
(three) responsible for the city's existing green space and planning green space green line delineation and control management.
(four) to participate in the review of supporting greening design of urban construction projects, and supervise the implementation.
(five) responsible for the planning and construction management of public green space, road green space, protective green space, unit attached green space, residential green space and production green space, supervision and management of urban greening fund declaration, and protection and management of ancient and famous trees; Guide the protection of garden plants, and be responsible for the collection and management of greening matching funds, compensation fees for occupying green space and ex-situ greening fees; Responsible for the examination and approval of urban tree felling and urban green space occupation; Organize and carry out voluntary tree planting, adopting green trees and creating "garden units" and other competitions in urban areas.
(six) responsible for landscaping design, quota management, examination and approval of urban landscaping enterprise qualification certificates, the development of landscaping engineering quality grade standards, inspection and acceptance of greening engineering quality; Participate in the bidding for the design, construction and maintenance of landscaping projects.
(seven) to be responsible for the management of the park industry, and to formulate and implement the inspection standards for the park management; Responsible for the introduction, exchange breeding, feeding management and protection of ornamental animals in the zoo; Responsible for the examination and registration management of amusement parks in the city, and supervise and manage the safe operation of amusement machines and amusement facilities in parks and amusement parks in conjunction with relevant departments; Responsible for the coordination and guidance of flower market, the investigation and development of bonsai resources, the arrangement of holiday flowers and the display of gardens.
(eight) to formulate the scientific and technological development plan and annual plan of urban landscaping industry and supervise the implementation, and organize the research of garden scientific research projects and the promotion of new achievements and technologies.
(nine) to organize the statistics, general survey and resource investigation and evaluation of urban greening achievements.
(ten) responsible for urban landscaping administrative management, administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation.
(eleven) guidance, coordination, inspection and supervision of the county (city, district) landscaping management.
(twelve) responsible for the city's landscaping team building, personnel training, technical exchanges, continuing education, and the safety of subordinate units.
(thirteen) to undertake other tasks assigned by the Municipal People's government.
