What do you mean, directional sergeant?
Professional and technical non-commissioned officers. The directional training of non-commissioned officers is a special educational model, which means to train and reserve professional and technical non-commissioned officers for the army through the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities nationwide. This training mode is usually oriented to college (higher vocational) students, who aim to be non-commissioned officers in the army after graduation. The word "sergeant" comes from the Latin word "post" and is often used for military personnel. In France, sergeant was first awarded to experienced soldiers as a rank in the15th century, and later this title was introduced to Germany. Peter I was transplanted to the Russian army in 17 16, and his position was between the monitor and the purser. After more than 70 years of use, it was abolished on 1789.
