First, the recruitment conditions
(1) basic conditions

Third, registration
(1) Registration channel
The registration, registration, inquiry, payment and printing of the admission ticket of this open recruitment examination are all carried out through Hubei Personnel Examination Network ().
(2) Time schedule
1. Registration: From 9:00 on February 24, 2023 to March 1 day 17: 00, the applicants will register and accept the personal basic information authentication.
2. Registration time: from 9:00 on February 24, 2023 to 2 March 17:00.
Successful applicants choose the positions to apply for, fill in the application information, and accept the qualification examination of the recruiting unit.
Each person is limited to 1 post.
From February 24th to March 1, the Municipal Personnel Examinations Institute released the registration data once a day for the reference of applicants.
On March 2nd 17:00, the registration window closed on time.
3. Qualification examination: From 9:00 on February 24th to March 3rd, 2023 17:00, the recruitment unit will conduct qualification examination online, and candidates can check the examination results simultaneously.
4. Payment confirmation: From 9:00 on March 4, 2023 to 24:00 on March 6, 2023, applicants who passed the qualification examination will pay the fee to confirm their registration.
Those who fail to pay on time are deemed to have given up automatically.
From 9:00 on March 4 to 24:00 on March 5, those who meet the relevant conditions of examination fee reduction and exemption apply for reduction and exemption according to the relevant requirements of Hubei Personnel Examination Network.
5. Print the admission ticket: from March 28th, 2023 12:00 to April 2nd, 2023 at 9:00, it has been confirmed that the applicants will log on to Hubei Personnel Examination Network to download and print the admission ticket.

Category and content of writing
1. According to the characteristics of different recruitment positions, the examination is divided into four categories: comprehensive management (a), social science expertise (b), natural science expertise (c) and medical care (e).
Among them, medical and health care (Class E) is divided into six subcategories: outpatient service of traditional Chinese medicine, outpatient service of western medicine (including stomatology, medical examination and rehabilitation), pharmacy, nursing, medical technology (including medical imaging) and public health management (including health examination).
2. For details of the examination, please refer to the Written Examination Outline of Public Subjects for Open Recruitment and Classification Examination of Institutions (2022 Edition) (Annex 4).
(3) Definition of examination proportion.
In order to realize competitive selection, before the written examination is implemented, the planned number of recruitment positions and the number of applicants should reach the ratio of 1:3 specified in the position table (if the number of recruitment positions and the number of applicants is less than 1:3, the ratio can be relaxed to 1:2).
After the registration, if it is necessary to cancel, reduce or reduce the number of applicants who can't reach the required proportion in the examination, the recruiting unit shall apply for adjustment, and report to the County People's Social Security Bureau for the record after the approval of the competent department. The adjustment of the post plan will be announced by the Zigui County People's Government official website.
Candidates who have paid the fees for cancelled positions will be refunded in full.
(4) written test scores
The written test results were released by official website, Zigui County People's Government in late April, and candidates can check the results themselves.
At the same time, the lowest passing line is released, and candidates below the lowest passing line cannot enter the next link.

(a) the interview focuses on the evaluation of candidates' professional knowledge, professional ability and work skills, and tests candidates' comprehensive quality and related ability as well as their ability to comprehensively use professional knowledge to solve practical problems in their work.
Interviews are generally conducted in the form of structured interviews, lectures, skill tests, live performances, practical operations, and leaderless group discussions.
(II) Determination of interview finalists The interview finalists are determined according to the positions reported by the candidates from high to low according to the written test scores, and according to the ratio of recruitment positions 1:3 (if the number of recruitment positions is less than 1:3, the ratio can be relaxed to 1:2).
If the candidates abstain, they will be replenished in turn.
If the number of interview finalists is not up to the specified proportion, the recruiting unit shall apply for cancellation, reduction or retention of posts, which shall be reported to the County People's Social Security Bureau for the record after approval by the competent department, and the adjustment shall be announced through official website, Zigui County People's Government.
(3) The interview finalists must bring the original and photocopy of the job requirements materials to participate in the interview qualification review.
On-the-job civil servants [including staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law] and staff of public institutions must obtain the consent of their units, and provide written proof of consent to sign up at the qualification examination stage.
Candidates who fail to attend the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail the qualification review cannot enter the interview.
The positions with vacancies in the interview candidates will be filled in turn according to the written test results of the positions.
(4) The interview time and place shall be determined by the announcement issued by the County People's Social Security Bureau, and each interview candidate shall be notified by the competent recruitment department or recruitment unit by phone or SMS, and recorded.
Relevant matters shall be subject to the interview announcement.
(five) after the announcement of the interview, within five days from the date of the interview, if the shortlisted candidates fail to reach the required proportion due to factors such as the waiver of the candidates, they shall not be replaced.
Unless otherwise required by the recruiting unit, the minimum qualified line of interview results is 60 points.
For positions where the ratio of the finalists or actual interviewees to the planned positions is equal to or less than 1: 1, the minimum qualified line of interview results shall be set separately.
Candidates below the minimum qualification line cannot enter the next recruitment stage.
Six, the calculation of test scores
(1) Performance weight.
After the written test and interview scores are converted into 100% scores, they will be included in the total score according to the weight of 40% and 60% respectively.
(2) Scoring method.
The full score of vocational aptitude test and comprehensive application ability is 150, of which * * * accounts for 300; Full interview score 100.
Candidates' written test score = ("professional aptitude test"+"comprehensive application ability" test paper score) ÷ 3; The interview results of candidates are the interview results.
The total score of candidates = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%.
(3) Bonus policy.
According to the policy requirements of the state and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grass-roots level and join the army, points are given to the personnel of the "three supports and one support" plan and the volunteer service project for college students in the western region, and to the retired soldiers of college graduates who have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive).
The above-mentioned personnel shall apply by themselves, fill in the Application Form for Preferential Recruitment Policies for Staff of Institutions in Zigui County, report to the Zigui County People's Social Security Bureau for summary after qualification examination by the competent departments, and publicize the list of personnel according to procedures. If the written test score reaches the minimum qualified line, the written test score will be converted into 100 plus 5 points.
Those who have been openly recruited as staff of public institutions or civil servants, or who have applied for targeted positions, will no longer enjoy this preferential treatment.
Eligible applicants must apply from March 7 to March 10.

Seven. Physical examination and examination
(a) according to the proportion of the number of planned recruitment positions 1: 1, according to the total score of candidates from high to low, determine the candidates for physical examination and investigation, and announce them in official website, Zigui County People's Government.
(two) the physical examination shall be organized and implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of the physical examination of civil servants.
The physical examination results shall be subject to the formal physical examination conclusion issued by the physical examination institution.

(3) The competent department and the recruiting unit are responsible for the inspection work, adhere to the standards of having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first, pay attention to the comprehensive inspection of candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and review the candidates' qualifications.
(4) If the candidate voluntarily gives up and the medical examination or inspection is unqualified, the recruiting unit can make up the medical examination or inspection personnel in turn according to the total score of the post.
Eight. Publicity and filing
(a) according to the results of the investigation, the recruitment unit will collectively study and determine the candidates to be hired by the leading group. Nine. hire
(1) The County People's Social Security Bureau issues the employment documents, and the recruiting unit handles the employment procedures for the personnel to be hired according to the relevant regulations and procedures.
The recruiting unit notifies the new recruits to report for duty, signs an employment contract with them, stipulates the probation period and counts it into the employment period, implements post management and implements the salary and treatment stipulated by relevant policies.
Those who pass the examination at the end of the probation period shall go through the formalities of becoming a full member, clarify the post level, and implement the salary and treatment stipulated by relevant policies according to the positions they have hired.
If the probation period expires and the examination fails, the employment contract shall be terminated.
(2) If the employed person fails to report for duty within 20 days after receiving the notice without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the recruiting unit may rank the replacement personnel according to the total score as needed, and re-handle relevant matters and procedures according to the above procedures.
X. Handling of violations of discipline and discipline
Candidates and staff members who violate the discipline of open recruitment shall be dealt with in accordance with the Provisions on Disciplinary Handling of Open Recruitment of Institutions (Order No.35 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), and those suspected of committing crimes shall be promptly transferred to judicial organs for handling.
The relevant policies in this announcement shall be interpreted by the County People's Social Security Bureau.
