Interviewers must meet the following basic requirements: (1) Love the motherland and support the leadership of China * * * Production Party; (two) abide by the law, strictly abide by the work secrets; (3) Having good personal cultivation, fairness, integrity and mental health; (4) Having a college degree or above; (five) generally should be engaged in personnel management, related business management or talent evaluation for more than 3 years; (six) to understand the national civil service examination and employment system and related policies; (seven) with strong analysis and summary, judgment and writing skills; (8) Having other conditions as prescribed by the competent employment authority.

The training frequency should be decided by the provincial examination department.
