Shang Hui Vocational College, located in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education, and belongs to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Anhui Provincial People's Government. The college, formerly known as Anhui Material School, was founded in 1965. It is a national key middle school and was upgraded to Shang Hui Vocational University in 2007. There are two campuses, Cao Ying and Zipeng, which are located in Cao Ying Road, Shushan District, Hefei City and Zipeng Mountain, a national 4A tourist attraction in Hefei City.
