How should staff pay attention to and prevent safety accidents when pruning trees at high altitude?
See Chapter 5, Section 4 and Section 7 of Modern Landscaping Design, Construction and Maintenance: Procedures and Safety Measures for Tree Pruning: 1. The tools used should be sharp, and the machinery for climbing trees should be checked in advance to see if all parts are flexible and loose. And is convenient for safe operation. When operating in a tree, fasten your seat belt, wear rubber-soled shoes, and tie the hand saw to your wrist or waist to prevent it from falling. Second, concentrate on your work. Don't play around. When it is windy, it is not advisable to prune tall trees. Third, pay special attention to safety when working near high-voltage lines. Please ask the power supply department to cooperate when necessary. Four, when pruning street trees, there should be someone to maintain the scene, to prevent the sawn branches from hurting pedestrians and vehicles. In addition, refer to the prevention and control of falling in aerial work: comprehensive prevention and control of falling accidents at heights. According to different categories and series of reasons of falling accidents at heights, comprehensive prevention and control of falling accidents at heights is the key point of comprehensive prevention and control of falling accidents at heights. (1) Regular safety publicity and education and safety technical training should be given to personnel engaged in high-altitude operations, so that they can master the laws and hazards of falling accidents from high places, firmly establish safety ideas and have the ability to prevent and control accidents, and strictly enforce safety laws and regulations. When they find themselves or others' abnormal behaviors of illegal operation, or abnormal objects and protective measures related to aerial work, they should replace them in time to meet safety requirements, so as to prevent and control heights. (2) The physical condition of workers working at heights shall meet the safety requirements. For example, people who are not suitable for aerial work such as hypertension, heart disease, anemia and epilepsy are not allowed to work at altitude; Stop aerial work for those who are tired, depressed and depressed; It is forbidden to work high above the ground after drinking. (3) The personal dress of aerial work personnel shall meet the safety requirements. For example, according to actual needs, equipped with safety helmet, safety belt and related labor protection articles; Don't wear high heels, slippers or work barefoot; If you work at high altitude, wear soft-soled non-slip shoes. No climbing scaffolding, hanging basket, jumping up and down from a height. (4) All kinds of scaffolding shall be pitched as required. For example, when the height of the shelf reaches more than 3m, two protective fences should be tied to each floor, and skirting boards should be set up. Scaffolding should be laid tightly, and the plate head and row of wood should be tied firmly, and probe plates are not allowed. When using bridge scaffolding, special attention should be paid to whether the bridge piles and walls are fastened and upright. When going up and down the bridge, the safety rope should be hung up, and the lifting at both ends of the bridge should be synchronized. Workers lifting bridges should hang safety belts on the pillars of the bridge. Suspension bridge spreader shall comply with design standards and safety regulations. When using the hanging basket frame and hanger, the sling must be firm. When using the hanging basket frame, you must hang up the safety rope or safety fixture. When lifting the hanging basket, the safety rope should be adjusted together with the lifting and must not be removed. The two sides and outer sides of the hanging basket frame and suspension frame should be closed with safety nets. The top of the hanging basket should be provided with a head net or a head protective shed, and the inside of the hanging basket should be tied with a protective fence, and a footboard should be set. The inverted chain and chain block of lifting bridge and hanging basket can only be used after being appraised by the technical department. At least 2t shall be used for chain reverse, 3t shall be used for chain block, and steel ropes with diameters greater than 12.5mm shall be used for load-bearing steel ropes and safety ropes. In addition, it is forbidden to overload the socket rack, hanging basket and bridge. (5) Set up safety net according to the specified requirements. For construction projects with a height of more than 4m, set up a safety net with a width of 3~6m on the first floor of the building. If it is a high-rise building, a 3m-wide fixed safety net should be set every four floors above the first safety net. If the construction layer is protected by vertical net, it shall be ensured that the vertical net is higher than the building 1m, and the vertical net shall be closely overlapped. And ensure the specification and quality, safe and reliable use. (6) Do a good job in high safety protection. The specific method is the same as the prevention and control measures for falling accidents from high places. (7) When using high stools and ladders, a single ladder can only be operated by 1 person, and the angle should be 60 ~ 70. Anti-skid measures should be taken for the waste of ladders. When setting diagonal ladders, the angle between the two ladders should be kept at 40, and the two ladders should be firm. No one is allowed to stand on the ladder when moving it. When using a high stool, only 1 person is allowed to stand on a single stool. After the two stools are separated, the distance between the two stools shall not exceed 3m. If you use a high ladder and high stool, you should also take corresponding safety measures as needed. (8) In the absence of reliable protective facilities, aerial work must fasten your seat belt, otherwise aerial work is not allowed. At the same time, the quality of seat belts must meet the safety requirements of use, so that they can be hung high and used low. (9) Before climbing, check whether the pedal is safe and reliable, such as whether the pedal has bearing capacity; Whether the root of the wooden pole is rotten. It is forbidden to walk on asbestos shingles, particleboard and plywood ceilings. (10) It is forbidden to engage in aerial work in the open air in strong winds of level 6 or in heavy rain, heavy snow and foggy weather. In addition, you must do a good job in safety inspection during aerial work. If abnormal behaviors of people and things are found, they should be eliminated in time to meet safety requirements, so as to control falling accidents. Strictly abide by the safety management regulations for aerial work.
