(five) other duties as prescribed by laws and regulations. The Committee of Experts on Traditional Chinese Medicine is composed of famous Chinese medicine practitioners, famous Chinese pharmacists, experts recommended by industry associations, and traditional Chinese medicine administrators of health departments. The specific measures shall be formulated separately by the municipal health department. Article 8 The Chinese Medicine Industry Association is a self-regulatory organization attended by Chinese medicine medical institutions, Chinese medicine enterprises and Chinese medicine professional and technical personnel, and performs the following duties:
(1) Standardizing trade behaviors and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of members;
(two) to organize academic and business exchanges of traditional Chinese medicine, popularize the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, popularize the technology of traditional Chinese medicine, and train practitioners in the traditional Chinese medicine industry;
(three) to carry out the evaluation of key specialties and characteristic specialties of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine;
(four) to mediate internal disputes in the industry;
(five) other duties stipulated by laws, regulations and articles of association. Ninth to strengthen the propaganda, popularization and application of traditional Chinese medicine culture and popular science knowledge.

Article 12 The municipal and district people's governments shall support the development of traditional Chinese medicine, gradually increase the financial investment in the cause of traditional Chinese medicine, and focus on supporting the special services of traditional Chinese medicine, the infrastructure construction of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, the construction of key disciplines and key specialties, and the training of talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
The municipal and district people's governments may set up special funds to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine for basic medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and popular science work of traditional Chinese medicine. Thirteenth municipal and district people's governments shall establish a subsidy and compensation mechanism for municipal and district public medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine, and formulate subsidy and compensation measures conducive to promoting medical services with Chinese characteristics. Article 14 The municipal medical security department shall support the development of Chinese medicine when formulating the medical insurance drug list and diagnosis and treatment items.
The municipal medical security department shall reflect the service cost and technical service value of traditional Chinese medicine when determining the charging standard for diagnosis and treatment. The charging items and standards shall be formulated by the municipal medical security department in conjunction with the municipal health department in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Guangdong Province on price management. Fifteenth municipal and district people's governments shall incorporate Chinese medicine services into public health services and support the active use of Chinese medicine methods and technologies in disease prevention and control.
Encourage Chinese medical institutions to give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine in health care and sub-health diagnosis and treatment, and carry out preventive health care services. Sixteenth relevant departments should treat Chinese medical institutions equally when determining social medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and designated medical institutions for public health emergencies. Seventeenth relevant departments of the city and district should improve the evaluation system of Chinese medicine personnel training and formulate policies conducive to the training and evaluation of Chinese medicine personnel.
