1985 joined the work, with eight years' teaching experience in junior high school and 0/5 years' teaching experience in senior high school, and 22 years' teaching experience as a class teacher.

1985- 1986 Fan Ji junior high school in Liuhe county, Nanjing teaches junior high school English;

1986- 1993 Fan Ji junior high school in Liuhe county, Nanjing, taught junior high school mathematics, and served as head teacher, head of teaching and research group, secretary of the general branch of the school league, deputy director of the guidance office and teaching director;

1993-2008 Nanjing Liuhe Senior High School served as a senior high school math teacher, and successively served as head teacher, deputy head of teaching and research group, deputy director of academic affairs office (presiding), director of academic affairs office and vice president (in charge of teaching);
