Add legal professional knowledge
Courts generally recruit two kinds of people, one is a clerk and the other is a bailiff. Although the conditions vary from place to place, except for the entrance examination and the administrative ability test, it is nothing more than taking the judicial examination or passing the judicial examination. The former means that those who apply for the court and fail the judicial examination must take the legal professional knowledge examination, but those who pass the judicial examination can be exempted from the examination.
Pass the judicial examination
The latter can only apply for the position by passing the judicial examination. All you have to do is pass the division examination, and you can apply for court clerk without even a legal professional qualification certificate (bailiffs also require physical fitness to meet the recruitment standards of the people's police).
