What are the four steps of volunteer service training? Volunteer service training is divided into four steps: explanation, discussion, sharing and practice. By sharing cases of family service for the disabled, social workers explained in simple terms that the service background of volunteers helping the disabled is love, understanding and acceptance, and cited service cases and personal experiences to explain the classification and physical and mental characteristics of six types of disabled people.
