I'm Qui Ji Ming, a new teacher. I am really proud to be admitted to IELTS, to participate in IELTS teacher training activities and to sit here and talk about my training experience. IELTS has created the myth of Xiangxi since its inception. It is a veritable "National Advanced Private School" and "China Famous Private Education School". I am proud to be a teacher in such a school and have the opportunity to learn from many excellent teachers.
When I first entered the IELTS school, I was deeply impressed by the IELTS people. The leaders of all departments of IELTS school are very kind, cordial and enthusiastic; IELTS teachers are very serious and responsible in preparing lessons, and have a good grasp of classroom discipline. IELTS students are polite, diligent and curious.
In order to better understand IELTS and understand the characteristics of IELTS people, I have opened the IELTS website countless times and read IELTS people's works, including plan summary, teaching papers, experience, IELTS corpus, teaching plan sharing and exploration. When I saw how difficult it is to run an IELTS school, how wise, wise, tenacious and brave President Peng, the "iron lady" of IELTS; How can IELTS teachers achieve sincere unity, unity, selfless dedication and hard work; IELTS students are so open-minded, polite and studious. Some of these teachers are for students, regardless of their own health, continue to stand in the front line of education despite illness, and love their jobs and dedication; Some teachers can't take care of young children, and children can't feel their father's love, their lover and their elderly parents. Some teachers come from far away and children are not around. They treat their students as their own children and give them all their love. They have no relatives in Jishou. They regard all the teachers and students in the school as relatives. They have no home in Jishou. They regard school as their home. All this moved me very much. Students will never forget such a great teacher and such a great parent, and pay tribute to you. I feel extremely proud and proud to be integrated into such a big group full of love.
Since June 22nd, xx, many new teachers and I have received the training carefully prepared by various leading departments of IELTS. In the training activities in the past week, I think every teacher has gained a lot. Here, on behalf of every new teacher, I would like to thank the leaders of IELTS school for their careful arrangements, the school leaders and excellent class teachers who gave us training, and thank you for giving us all your life-long teaching experience without reservation, so that those college students who have only passion and vitality but little education and teaching experience can avoid hitting a wall and taking many detours in future teaching activities. We really learned a lot during the training. We learned how to prepare lessons, attend classes, attend classes and evaluate classes. Learned how to manage the class; How to get along with students and communicate; How to get along with parents and communicate; How to get along well with colleagues, learn from each other and so on. However, I know that these are all theoretical aspects and it is difficult to implement them concretely, but I also know that as long as we are sincere, as long as we pay attention to methods, as long as we work hard, we will certainly be able to apply the theory to practice well.
In the training activities, many excellent class teachers have taught us their own experiences. I found that even the same problem, teachers may have different ways to deal with it, but they all have one result, and the result is the same, that is, solving the problem satisfactorily. I quite agree with Teacher Yang's point of view: "Experience belongs to others, and we can only learn from it. If you want to have your own experience, you should proceed from reality, analyze specific problems, explore, explore and innovate by yourself. Only in this way can you become an experienced teacher. In this short week's training activities, I found that the main features of IELTS are "blue project", "collective lesson preparation" and "organizing class training", which I appreciate very much.
First of all, the "Blue Plan" can effectively promote the growth of new teachers, because old teachers can set a good example for young teachers, be able to teach hands-on, face-to-face, lesson by lesson, and at the same time urge old teachers to constantly charge themselves to improve their various qualities so as to better take their apprentices. As a new teacher, we must study, read, study, discuss and consult more. We must have more ambitions than our master. The back waves of the Yangtze River push the front waves, and each generation is stronger, while shine on you is better than blue. We must firmly believe that we will shine brilliantly in the big garden of IELTS.
Secondly, "collective lesson preparation" can effectively make new teachers grow up under the guidance of old teachers, make old teachers innovate, change their concepts and keep pace with the times, and at the same time better gather everyone's wisdom and strength, prepare lessons well and serve students better.
Thirdly, "organizing class training" can promote the scientific and rational class management, train students' ability to speak and do things, and cultivate students' good study and living habits.
Thanks to IELTS for giving us such a high platform to develop ourselves, we will definitely regard the future of IELTS as our own future and the career of IELTS as our own career. The prosperity of IELTS is an honor for us IELTS people. We will learn from our predecessors with an open mind, make unremitting efforts to improve ourselves and make the greatest contribution to IELTS.
Every year, the IELTS score in the senior high school entrance examination is very impressive, ranking first in the country. The results of the first IELTS graduates' college entrance examination are very impressive, and they won the top prize in the liberal arts province from the citizens of our state. These are inseparable from the joint efforts of all IELTS people, and I am proud of the achievements made by IELTS people. But I also want to say that I have no proud capital, because all this has nothing to do with me directly. These honors belong to others, and I have not made any contribution to the development of IELTS, which is the result of the efforts of IELTS predecessors and IELTS students. But living in such a harmonious, United, hard-working and friendly family, I believe that as long as we really pay, our new teacher will be able to create a blue sky of our own in IELTS in the next few years, no, just three years. When the time comes, everyone will cheer together, just like the day of the exam meeting in the cafeteria on the afternoon of the 28th. When President Peng announced that this year's IELTS score was the first in all subjects in the state, the senior three teachers applauded excitedly and cheered heartily.
Young teachers, when we come to IELTS, the pressure is enormous, the challenge is severe and the competition is fierce, but we must understand that in such an environment, we have greater motivation, we can grow faster, and we can hand in a satisfactory answer sheet for our IELTS earlier. What kind of teachers have what kind of students, be role models for children, are we full of confidence or lack of confidence in the face of difficulties? Are we facing difficulties or getting cold feet? Are we overcoming difficulties or being defeated by them? I believe everyone has the right choice! We are most afraid of the word "serious" in doing things. As long as we have a sense of responsibility and mission, we will be recognized by everyone!
Young teachers, we are still "novices" today, but we must firmly believe that after three years, we will definitely become "young eagles".

I was lucky enough to attend the training class for key physics teachers in junior high schools in xx, and the first ten-day intensive class left a deep impression on me. Facing different styles of lecturers, you can hear different kinds of lectures every day and feel the impact of ideological sparks every day. Here, I further understand and master the development direction and goal of the new curriculum reform, and reflect on the shortcomings in my previous work. As a young teacher, I know that I am naive and immature in teaching, and there are still too many problems in the teaching process, but after this period of study, I believe I have gained something. Some experts who have great insight into education and teaching work have given me specific operational guidance with vivid cases and rich knowledge connotation, which has further updated my educational concept and really benefited a lot.
The first stage lasts ten days and has 38 class hours. Mainly on the study of two plates. Teachers' Professional Accomplishment and New Curriculum and Physics Teaching discussed by key physics teachers in various schools were given by the leaders of the Municipal Bureau respectively.
The following is my little experience:
First, put the concept of lifelong learning into practice, study hard and grow up at an early date.
Lifelong learning is the basic concept of teachers' professional development. I just changed my role from a student to a teacher, and learning is more important to me. I will continue to learn new educational ideas, learn teaching experience and management experience from old teachers, improve my teaching and management ability and grow up as soon as possible.
Second, strengthen the cultivation of teachers' morality and establish lofty professional ideals.
Teachers' morality is the source of motivation for teachers' development and progress. Be strict with yourself in daily work and life. Learn to be a teacher, be a model, be a ladder, be willing to contribute, concentrate on educating people, establish a strong sense of professional glory, historical mission and social responsibility, link personal pursuit with professional development and people's well-being, and be a teacher that students love and people are satisfied with.
Third, update the teaching concept.
The lecturer's rigorous academic spirit and serious and responsible attitude left an unforgettable impression on the students. Listening to the lectures of experts, they felt cordial and admired. In my learning process, both the teacher and the teacher who participated in the discussion taught me advanced educational concepts first. I accepted a more advanced educational concept and deeply understood the ultimate goal of education. Through study, I am refreshed. If I want to keep up with the pace of education and teaching in the new century, I must first change the traditional concept of education, establish a correct view of teachers and students, and firmly believe in loving education.
Fourth, establish a new concept of teaching materials.
In the course of listening, I deeply realized that the course should be: under the guidance of teachers, students gradually lay the foundation of learning to live and learn to learn through their own experiences and attempts, and cultivate students' interest and positive attitude in exploring things from all aspects. Students are the main body, and teachers should only play a guiding role as much as possible, focusing on cultivating students' ability. Teachers' own quality should be improved and their ability to control the classroom should be strengthened. Teachers can explain students' mistakes in time through experiments and other methods. Teachers should be able to use teaching materials flexibly, deal with knowledge points, and integrate with information technology and other disciplines to improve classroom efficiency. Don't stick to the order of teaching materials when giving lectures, but change flexibly according to actual needs.
In the teaching process, teachers' teaching plays a leading role in students' learning, but students are the main body of learning, the master of the classroom and the object of education. A successful physics class is the best combination of teachers' leading role in teaching and students' main role in learning. If the old mode of "full house irrigation" is followed, the internal driving force of students' learning will be suppressed. Therefore, in the process of promoting quality education, teachers should not pretend to be educators, but should inspire and guide students to ask, analyze and solve problems as instructors, and transform the process of imparting knowledge and truth into the process of students' hard thinking and practice, thus stimulating students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning physics.
In the future, we should do the following: first, we should use the method of "guiding, speaking and discussing", adhere to heuristic teaching, and build a bridge between the leading and the main body; Second, efforts should be made to create an atmosphere of equal discussion between teachers and students, and doubts should be skillfully set according to students' psychological characteristics, so as to create an artistic conception that will surprise and arouse students' thirst for knowledge; The third is the combination of teaching method selection and learning method guidance.
During this training and study, I really felt a lot of knowledge, flexible teaching ideas, and found new goals and directions for my teaching: first of all, as a new curriculum reform teacher, I must strive to be novel and effective in classroom design, and I can't engage in many activities without substantive content; Teachers' language should have affinity, stand at the same height as students, even bend over to see students, and be full of respect for students; Moreover, in the classroom, teachers only play a leading role and cannot replace students to solve problems in anxiety, which has become a form of "full house irrigation"; When leading students to understand physics concepts and experiments, teachers can set questions to guide students, but they can't simply rely on questions to attract students and let students follow the teacher, which becomes a form of "full-house questioning"; In addition, teachers' personal accomplishment and quality still need to be improved, which is guaranteed by constantly absorbing knowledge and learning advanced experience.
Through learning, it laid a foundation for future teaching and management. Moreover, my scientific research consciousness is stronger, my knowledge is wider, my determination is greater and my confidence is more sufficient. After I go back to work, I will really apply what I have learned to practical work and make greater achievements. Concentrate on scientific research, organically combine theory with practice, and make some contributions to education.
A semester will be over soon. In a busy semester, I participated in the training of young teachers in the school. Through training, I gained a lot. Now I will summarize my experience as follows: First, training has made me have a clearer understanding of the profession of teachers. During the training, teachers talked about the important tasks and special roles of contemporary teachers, which seems to be an old topic, but it is very weighty to understand and ponder their words carefully.
This also makes me have a deeper thinking and understanding of the profession of teachers: first of all, teachers are the transmitters of culture. "A teacher is a teacher, so preaching, teaching and solving doubts" embodies the importance of a teacher from the perspective of knowledge transfer. Secondly, teachers are role models. Learning to be a teacher and being a model is exactly what this means. This mainly involves the question of being a man. Students have the nature to learn from teachers, which is actually a sense of identity. At the same time, the process of students' education is the process of personality perfection, and the strength of teachers' personality is intangible and inestimable. Teachers should really be guides for students. Third, teachers are managers. Teachers should have strong organizational leadership, management and coordination ability, so as to make teaching more efficient and promote students' development. Fourth, teachers are parents. As teachers, we should have love. Teachers should love their students selflessly and equally, just like parents treat their children, so we say that teachers are parents. And teachers should be good at discovering the bright spots and development needs of each student. Fifth, teachers are friends. The so-called mentor is to emphasize the need for heart-to-heart communication between teachers and students, and the harmony and affinity between teachers and students should be like close friends. Finally, the teacher is the psychological counselor of the students. Teachers must understand pedagogy, psychology, health psychology, etc. , and should understand the psychological characteristics, psychological confusion, psychological pressure, etc. So as to give timely help and solutions and cultivate students' healthy psychological quality. Secondly, the training provides many methods and strategies for the practical work I am about to face. During the training, several old teachers who have been engaged in education for many years and have rich teaching experience introduced some points and methods of being a good teacher to us according to their own practical experience, which left a deep impression on me.
When it comes to the development of teachers, several teachers have emphasized the practice of adjusting and updating the knowledge structure in time and lifelong learning; When talking about how to overcome difficulties, teachers also put forward ways to strengthen unity and cooperation among teachers; Let me realize that teachers should think more in class, improve teaching methods and strategies in time, treat teaching with artistic eyes and strive for perfection. In addition, many training lecturers have repeatedly stressed that under the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers must conscientiously run through new teaching concepts, take student development as the foundation, and meet new challenges with new teaching attitudes. In this training, some methods described by leaders and teachers have actually played a "sail" role for our new teachers. I think all new teachers, including me, should absorb and adopt them well.
Thirdly, the training makes me full of confidence and motivation for my future work. For us who have just entered the teaching work, we are somewhat timid about the new life, new responsibilities and new roles. In this training, school leaders and training instructors are also very concerned about our psychological changes. Their speeches run through a center from beginning to end, that is, they are full of encouragement to new teachers. One is to encourage us to adapt to the teaching environment, living environment and interpersonal environment of the school. The other is to encourage us to understand the society and our role more rationally and change the "emotional" or "romantic" attitude towards life in the past when we were students. The third is to encourage us to be a lifelong learning teacher and a teacher who can constantly adapt to new knowledge, new problems and new environment. Fourth, encourage us to persist in innovation, give full play to our intelligence in teaching, and strive to be the leader of teaching development.
These encouragements make me full of confidence and motivation for my future work. Gorky once said: "Only confident people can immerse themselves in life with confidence and realize their will anywhere." Perhaps, for our new teachers, as long as they have the confidence to overcome difficulties, they can get a good start, and a good start is half the battle. A new starting point needs a new struggle, and a new struggle needs a banner as a guide.
