The headquarters building project of BRICS New Development Bank is located in Shanghai Pudong New Area Expo Park. Construction started on September 20 17, and was officially handed over on September 28, 20021year.

The BRICS New Development Bank is an intergovernmental international financial organization initiated and founded by BRICS countries, mainly for emerging markets and developing countries. It is also the first international organization headquartered in Shanghai in the world. The headquarters building is located in Zone A of the Expo Park in Pudong New Area, A 1 1-0 1.

On September 28th, 20021year, after four years of construction and start-up, the headquarters building of the New Development Bank in the Shanghai World Expo Park was officially handed over to the New Development Bank by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.

The height of the main building is 150m, with 30 floors above ground and 4 floors underground. Office areas, training centers, restaurants, libraries, commercial services, medical services, trading rooms and underground garages are set up to meet the office needs of about 1.80 people.

The construction of the headquarters building meets the requirements of China Green Building Samsung, China Healthy Building Samsung and LEED Platinum Certification in the United States. The headquarters building of New Development Bank started construction on September 2, 20 17, and the main structure was capped on June 26, 20 19.
