Personnel competency verification process:
To participate in the competency verification of credit managers, you need to submit relevant materials to the designated units for training. Those who have reached the standard of training hours can obtain the certificate of hours issued by the Certification and Accreditation Technology Research Center of the State Administration of Markets, and participate in the competency verification of corresponding professionals on the comprehensive service platform of the Certification and Accreditation Technology Research Center of the State Administration of Markets.
Training is divided into two categories:
(1) professional study
Including online learning, on-site training, etc. , focusing on popularizing law, updating knowledge, theoretical teaching and case analysis.
(2) Practical learning

Examination method:
Credit manager competency verification is generally divided into online examination or on-site assessment, and online mode is encouraged. Candidates' information is managed by the computer examination system, and students' information filling, examination and electronic examination paper management are all completed online. The examination system should have anti-cheating functions such as face recognition. In the form of online exam, candidates need to take the exam in front of a computer with a camera. The ratio of invigilators to candidates is 1:500, and there are at least 2 invigilators in the examination room.
Examination time:
The competency verification test of professional and technical personnel of credit managers adopts the methods of unified outline, unified proposition and unified organization. In principle, the examination is held four times a year, which are arranged on the fourth Saturday of March, June, September and 65438+February respectively, and the examination time is 120 minutes.
Examination content:
The main contents of credit manager training and ability assessment include theory, practice and technology. When checking and verifying, the proportion of theory, practice and technology is 30%, 40% and 30% respectively.
Verification result:
The results of competency verification of credit managers are from good to bad, which can generally be divided into excellent, good, qualified and unqualified, and should be determined according to the corresponding competency verification rules.
