What is the construction technology of stage wooden floor?
Installation process of sports wood floor:

1, moisture-proof layer: PE geotechnical moisture-proof film.

2. Bearing layer: The bearing layer can adopt single keel or double keel, which generally needs anticorrosion treatment. The keel spacing is generally 400 mm According to whether the keel is fixed on the ground and what kind of fixing method is adopted, the sports wooden floor can be divided into suspension system, fixed system and fixed suspension system.

3. Elastic pad: Elastic pad materials include PU, reclaimed rubber, rubber, PVC, etc., which mainly provide shock absorption performance for the system.

4. Stable layer: Generally, large-size plates are used, mainly plywood and OSB plates, with the size of 1.22 * 2.44m and the thickness greater than 12mm.

5. Panel: The panel can be solid wood composite material or solid wood board. The tree species are high-quality hardwood, such as hard maple, oak, Fraxinus mandshurica and beech. Because maple is a long fiber tree with good toughness, moderate hardness and the best ornamental effect, most gyms in the world use maple. The moisture content of the panel is lower than the local equilibrium moisture content. The specifications of imported MFMA maple panels are generally 57 mm, 38 mm, 26 mm and 20 mm in width. Most domestic plates are 22 mm thick with grooves and flanges.

6. Paint: Paint can be divided into UV paint painted in the factory and polyurethane paint painted in the construction site, both of which must meet the requirement of friction coefficient of 0.4-0.7. In terms of environmental protection, benzene, toluene, xylene, curing agent, paint and thinner should all be benzene-free, with good anti-slip, wear resistance and light refraction.

7. Nails: the panel nails are made of 50 mm T-shaped or L-shaped strong nails for wood floors; The stabilizing layer is usually a U-shaped nail connected with the keel.

8. skirting line: 80mm× 60mm solid wood skirting line.

9. Marking: Use marking paint that matches the panel paint.

Precautions for installation of sports wooden floor:

1, assembly is too loose or too tight: the expansion and contraction of the wood floor changes with the change of environmental humidity and temperature. Therefore, the assembly tightness of wooden floor should be arranged reasonably according to the environmental humidity and temperature of the place of use. If it is too tight, the floor will bulge, and if it is too loose, there will be a big gap in the floor contraction.

2. Moisture-proof treatment of keel: At present, the non-dry keel sawed with pine boards is fixed on the ground about 30 days in advance, and no moisture-proof layer is laid between the keel and the ground. When laying the floor, do not check the moisture content of the keel, and lay it directly. At this time, the moisture content of keel is generally around 25%, while the moisture content of qualified wood floor is generally around 12%. If the humidity difference is too large, the moisture absorption speed of the wood floor will be accelerated, which will lead to the arching of the floor and the bursting of the paint surface.

3. Cross-construction of decoration works: generally, the wooden floor is paved before other construction projects on the floor. In this way, after the floor is paved, it takes a month or more to polish and paint. During this period, if the floor is not isolated from the chemicals and moisture in the surrounding environment, it is likely that the wood floor will be deformed and cracked due to the rapid change of moisture content.

4. The keel is fixed with nails: wooden wedges and nails are used in the construction. The contact surface between the wooden wedge and the nail is too small, which makes the nail holding force insufficient, which is easy to cause the wooden keel to loosen and there will be noise when stepping on the floor.
