Global project (2 weeks)

I like to sum up the management trainee program as "global vision, grassroots experience". In my opinion, the global vision includes two aspects. First, when considering problems, we can focus on the overall situation and take the world as the stage; The second is to get a general understanding of people's thinking habits and lifestyles in various countries and communicate smoothly with colleagues around the world. At the beginning of the project, it was for this purpose that every trainee was provided with the best opportunity to gain a global perspective. This project was held in the beautiful town of Leuven, Belgium, and 94 management trainees participated in it. Their hometowns are all over the world, such as Brazil, Korea, Russia, Canada, Argentina and France ... During the two-week training, we studied the company's history with our colleagues from all over the world, learned about the company's current situation together, and had dinner and parties together; Together. Outdoor expansion and fighting together.

Headquarters training (3 weeks)

After learning about the operation of local wineries, you will experience a one-month internship at the headquarters, where you can get a general understanding of how the company's financial, personnel, legal, mergers and acquisitions departments actually operate.

Probation period (4 months)

After the global project is completed, there will be a four-month probation period, two-month production visit and two-month sales visit. The purpose is to let students know the basic operation of the whole industry, gain first-hand practical experience and fully understand the general situation of the whole industry.

On-site operation (5 months)

It should be said that the first five months of training is still a process of knowledge accumulation. From the field operation, students can choose the direction of production or sales and experience the first-line work experience.

First job (12- 18 months)

With first-line work experience, the first stage of work begins, at which time students will participate in the operation of the company as junior managers. After working 12- 18 months, students can have a comprehensive understanding of the work, and then they can start applying for the next job.
