The state establishes and improves the standardized training system for residents, improves the incentive mechanism for clinical teaching, ensures the treatment of residents during training, and strictly manages the training process and completes the assessment. Medical and health institutions should rationally allocate human resources to ensure that their doctors receive continuing medical education in accordance with regulations and plans.
The health administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall organize and coordinate the medical and health institutions at or above the county level in a planned way to train the medical and health personnel of grassroots medical and health institutions such as township hospitals, village clinics and community health service centers, so as to improve their medical professional and technical ability and level.
Relevant industry organizations should provide services and create conditions for doctors to receive continuing medical education and strengthen the organization and management of continuing medical education.
