Occupational health training certificate is the certificate for the person in charge of the unit and the occupational health management personnel to participate in occupational health training and pass the examination. This certificate is also required by relevant laws. According to Article 34 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the principal responsible person and occupational health management personnel of the employing unit shall receive occupational health training, abide by the laws and regulations on the prevention and control of occupational diseases, and organize the prevention and control of occupational diseases in their own units according to law. The employing unit shall conduct occupational health training for workers before taking up their posts and regular occupational health training during their posts.
