Autumn in October, the harvest season. Hong Longyuan's famous teacher studio actively implemented the Notice on Developing Gansu Longyuan's Famous Teacher Studio's Precision Assistance Training Project. Under the unified deployment of Gansu Academy of Educational Sciences, a precision assistance training activity was organized in the second primary school of Zhouqu County on June 9, 20 18.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Luo Jianhong, director of the Teaching and Research Section of Zhouqu County Education Bureau. Wang Jian, the principal of the second primary school in Zhouqu County, extended a warm welcome to the teachers who came to participate in the training activities. I wish this activity give full play to the leading role of "Long Yuan Famous Teachers" and promote the construction and development of teachers in Zhouqu County.

After the opening ceremony, three teachers, Gan Jianping, Li and Li, walked into the classroom and showed the classroom culture of Lanzhou Branch of the Second Affiliated School of Beijing Normal University and the three-stage teaching mode of "participation before class, discussion during class and extension after class" in the form of lesson examples.

In the classroom, Gan Jianping's "Understanding Circle" has achieved the goal of teaching with learning. Through teaching activities such as comparison, imaginative reasoning and speculation, it guides students to master knowledge and acquire ability, and leads them through the inquiry process from phenomenon to essence. Liu Yue's "Encouraging Seedlings" highlights the guidance of learning, takes "keywords" as the starting point of this lesson, and fully creates the context for children to find keywords, so that children can learn better gradually. Li's "This is a stormy century" embodies the idea of preparing lessons by processing textbook information, and drives the whole class with a big question of "Why is the 20th century a stormy century", so that children can extract and process information in the report, thus improving their comprehension ability of the text.

After class, Hong, a famous teacher in the studio, presided over the class evaluation activities. She suggested "three concerns" to teachers: paying attention to teachers' ability to interpret textbooks, paying attention to the accumulation of students' learning ability, and paying special attention to the cultivation of students' thinking ability.

In the afternoon, Li Wenxiang gave a special lecture on "Leaving the Mark of Love", focusing on the school culture of Lanzhou Branch of Beijing No.2 Experimental Primary School, and shared and exchanged the school-running ideas of "educating love with love" and "educating people with two courses" of Beijing No.2 Experimental Primary School Education Group, as well as the infiltration and implementation of "loving wisdom" culture in Lanzhou Branch's school work.
