College life is not only about learning books, but also about exploring the unknown world. I even dare to think that in college, burying oneself in studying textbooks is secondary. From the beginning of school to the present, as far as our landscape engineering major is concerned, most students will listen to the teacher carefully at the beginning of the professional course; After a while, I found that my classmates began to bow their heads, and some even slept on their desks. I think it's entirely the students' fault? After understanding, what they told me most was: "What the teacher said is not * * *, which can't drive the classroom atmosphere". However, there are still a few teachers who have enough knowledge and experience in class and often promote the discussion atmosphere among students. 1, 1992, according to the shortage of teachers at that time, the people of * * * in Hua County released recruitment files, which attracted a group of outstanding township teachers who had worked in the education front for many years to become regular teaching staff for unified management. We have the recruitment procedures of Huaxian Teachers' Bureau and Labor Bureau, and the examination and approval procedures of the county personnel department. We paid training fees ranging from 2000- 10000 yuan, and they were also transferred to non-agricultural registered permanent residence, and the grain fields were recovered. Until March, 2006, we gave some workers without restructuring a high salary in 650 yuan and a low salary in 400 yuan, which solved our urgent needs. We got some comfort from our hearts. At the same time, we also realized the concern of the Party and * *, which strengthened our determination to devote ourselves to education. However, think calmly, we love education and work hard, and we are not formal personnel yet. Which part of the teaching staff do we belong to?
