Check and approve the registration according to law (1) to ensure that the licenses are complete. A, off-campus training institutions must obtain the school license after examination and approval, and obtain the business license after registration (or the legal person certificate of public institutions and the registration certificate of private non-enterprise units, the same below) before training can be carried out. Without the approval of the education department, any off-campus training institution may not carry out training business for primary and secondary school students in the name of tutoring, consulting and cultural communication. B, off-campus training institutions in the same county to set up branches or training points, must be approved; C if a branch school or training point is established across counties, it shall be examined and approved by the county-level education department where the branch school or training point is located. D primary and secondary schools may not organize or participate in organizing off-campus training institutions.
