Harbin Institute of Finance (HFU), located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, is a provincial-level applied undergraduate financial institution.

The college was formerly a training course for bank cadres founded by Heilongjiang Branch and Songjiang Branch of Northeast Bank in June 1950, and was upgraded to Harbin Finance College with the approval of the Ministry of Education in April, 2065 after the period of Qiqihar Cadre School of China People's Bank, Heilongjiang Bank School, Harbin Finance College and Harbin Finance College.
