Unemployed persons with permanent residence in this Municipality, insured persons, rural surplus labor force and prisoners in this Municipality participate in all levels of training in the government subsidy training catalogue, and enjoy 100% training subsidy after passing the appraisal.
Where the unemployed and co-insured registered in the cities and towns of this Municipality participate in vocational qualification training at all levels after 1 July, 9991,obtain the vocational qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and realize employment (the employment position should be related to the certificate major), they can apply for subsidies at the district and county employment agencies where their household registration is located.
In principle, the training fee subsidy is not higher than the guidance price of the vocational training subsidy project, and the subsidy period is once a year.
