Auricular point therapy
① filiform needle method: the diameter is 0? 32 mm, length 13 mm, straight needling corresponding to the auricular point (or oblique needling or horizontal needling according to the characteristics and conditions of the auricular point), and the depth is 4 ~ 8 mm, which can be felt. Conventional disinfection is required before needle insertion. The operator holds the needle with his thumb, forefinger and middle finger in his right hand, fixes the auricle with his thumb and forefinger in his left hand, and takes acupuncture points to enter the needle. Twist or insert slightly after inserting the needle, and keep the needle for as long as necessary (see filiform needle). Finally, take out the needle and press it for a while to avoid bleeding. (2) intradermal acupuncture: firstly, the skin at the ear point is routinely disinfected, then the pressure needle is buried at the ear point, and then a small piece of adhesive tape is attached to the buried pressure needle (see intradermal acupuncture). ③ Triangular needle method (see triangular needle). ④ Skin needle (see skin needle). ⑤ Moxibustion with moxa sticks (see Moxibustion with moxa sticks). ⑥ Application method: Vaccaria seed is generally applied, and white mustard seed, impatience and mung bean can also be used. There are also magnetic beads (round beads made of magnetic powder). First, carry out routine disinfection, hold the auricle with your left hand, aim the adhesive tape with round particles at the selected auricular point with your right hand with hemostatic forceps, and gently press the auricular point 1 ~ 2 minutes with your fingers. Generally, keep the pressure for 3 days, and gently press the application part once every morning and evening, each time about 1 min. In addition, there are massage, electroacupuncture, magnetic therapy, drug injection, laser irradiation and other methods on the ear points.
