After decades of unremitting study, on the basis of ancestral boxing, the essence of martial arts masters such as Shanxi Mind Skill, Henan Mind Skill, Shandong Jin Shikui, Shaanxi Niu Xixian was collected in one furnace, and the unique technique of Dai Mind Skill was created in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, which became the family-run boxing of Dai family and was kept secret.
