1. In terms of helping key counties, formulating implementation plans will consolidate and expand the effective docking of poverty alleviation achievements in key counties with rural revitalization, refine the objectives, tasks and important measures, make overall plans to integrate resources, give priority to launching a number of projects to supplement shortcomings and promote development, and concentrate on supporting the development of key counties.

5. Regarding the improvement of human settlements, the relevant departments will be urged to speed up the preparation of village planning, coordinate the layout of villages and towns in the planning, and scientifically determine the classification of villages. At the same time, improve the implementation mechanism of rural construction, improve the rural living environment as the starting point, comprehensively promote rural construction, and gradually make rural areas have basic modern living conditions.

6. Driven by demonstration, cooperate with the implementation of the "100,000" demonstration project of rural revitalization in the whole province, and create a number of demonstration models for rural revitalization by classification, from point to area, from point to area.
