Ingredients: 3 duck legs, pepper 1, 2 shallots, 3 slices of ginger, 2 tablespoons of salad oil, 5 bowls of clear water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 bowl, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 2 tablespoons of rock sugar, and spiced brine 1 package.
Exercise:
1. Wash the duck leg for later use.
2. Shred peppers and shallots, and slice ginger for later use.
3. Add 2 tablespoons salad oil to the pot, then add pepper, shallots and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add 5 bowls of clear water, soy sauce 1 bowl, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 2 tablespoons of rock sugar, and spiced brine 1 bag, and boil in a dry pot.
5. Put the duck leg into the pot and marinate it for about 20 minutes with medium fire.
6. Turn off the fire and cover it 15 minutes.
