I. Planning and arrangement

Because my review time is very short, I only have a few days to review more than two months before the exam in September 15. My overall time plan is to finish all the knowledge points in 40 days and brush the questions in the last month.

Generally speaking, it is recommended to review for more than 400 hours. In order to ensure this time, I plan to study for at least 6 hours every day. In fact, I study 6-8 hours a day on average, including spare time on my way to and from work during the day, lunch break and study all day on weekends.

The second step is to turn all these knowledge points into mind maps. I used mindmanager on my computer, and I entered more than 3,000 knowledge points in each subject.

With such a limited review time, how to complete a lot of text entry?

Because I seldom take notes in books, books are only used to draw key points, mainly to input the key points that need to be extracted by computer.

Why enter a mind map?

First, because the knowledge points being constructed are very structured, the logical relationship between knowledge points can be clearly and intuitively expressed, which is more conducive to understanding.

Second, because after entering the mind map, I can mainly rely on the mind map in my future review, put the book aside or even read it directly. The mind map is full of key knowledge, which is much faster than reading a book and can greatly improve the review efficiency.

Third, in the review process, we often look through the mind map, and we can rely on it to avoid the problem of "forgetting the front after learning".

I entered the mind map after reading every chapter of the book for the first time, while reviewing and sorting out the mind map on the computer.

It needs to be explained here that my typing speed is relatively fast, and I can complete the construction of mind map in a short time without affecting the review progress. For students who are slow in typing, it is recommended to do what you can. If it is too late, they can buy other people's mind map notes to reduce their workload.

The third step is to improve the mind map. It should be noted that this mind map is not formed at one time, but is dynamically optimized.

After I finished the first edition of mind map, in the process of doing problems later, as long as I find any missing knowledge points or problems I made wrong, I will review my mind map in time, review my knowledge points when necessary, find out my weak links, and constantly improve this mind map.

After more than ten rounds of optimization and improvement, this mind map can basically cover more than 90% of the test sites.

The fourth step is to remember repeatedly. After the mind map is basically stable, you can enter the stage of brushing questions. Every time I do a problem, I will read the mind map first. On the one hand, it deepens the understanding of knowledge points, on the other hand, it further consolidates memory by doing problems and realizes a virtuous circle.

The fifth step is to subtract the mind map. This step is crucial. In the previous stage of brushing questions, mind map has completed its mission-to help me memorize knowledge points in a structured way. The next stage will be a transformation, which will play a role in winning the sprint. The specific practice is as follows.

In the last week, I will read the mind map several times in detail. In the process of reading, I will mark the main points I have mastered clearly, so I won't read them again in the next review.

In this way, it takes 3 to 4 hours to read more than 3,000 knowledge points in each subject. After my streamlining, the rest of the knowledge points can be read in less than an hour.

I do this, on the one hand, to reduce my burden and greatly improve the review efficiency, on the other hand, to screen out the weak links of my knowledge points and help me remember them in a targeted way, and on the day of the exam, I will take this simplified version of my mind map to the examination room.

This material, like the wrong title book, aims to cover all the weak links in the knowledge system I have mastered, which is incomparable to the summary materials of any training institution. I will watch it again in the last hour before the exam, so as to avoid many pits during the exam and finally realize the one-time customs clearance for the first-class builder.

Five, review skills

How to master and digest knowledge points in the review process? The following methods are recommended:

Multi-use memory formula to achieve the effect of four or two dials. About the formula, there will be some scattered online and training videos, and I have a full set in my review mind map, which can be referenced if necessary.

Memorizing by drawing is mainly suitable for memorizing knowledge points such as construction technology, such as pipeline construction, what to do first, and then what to do. You can draw pictures on white paper step by step and visualize the text information, so you can remember it quickly, which is not easy. It is very effective to draw pictures on the draft paper to recall the knowledge points during the exam.

Practice writing more, because the practical test needs to write a lot of words (unless you don't know how to answer the questions at all), so how to write the words beautifully and quickly is a powerful guarantee through practice, which is something that many people will ignore and need to pay attention to.

Use notes skillfully to remember. For the knowledge points that you really can't remember, write them on post-it notes, stick them on the bathroom glass, behind the toilet door or on the desk wall, and read them once a day. After reading it for more than ten times, you will never forget it.

Different knowledge points should be compared horizontally. For example, what are the similarities and differences between the construction techniques of air ducts and water pipes? What is the difference between management in practice books and project management?

Use more fragmented time to do the problem. Brushing questions is the best way to deepen your memory, so you must make more use of all your time to do it. Before the exam, I did more than 1500 questions in each subject.

Relax yourself properly. If you are too nervous, you will break down. Don't push yourself too hard. If you are too tired, just relax for half a day. In the long run, it won't have much impact. The mentality can't collapse, and it can achieve great things.
