1, reduce going out
Try to stay at home during the epidemic and don't take the children out. Especially don't go to public places and confined spaces, such as shopping malls, theaters, children's playgrounds, etc. When you have to go out, don't take public transportation, and try to keep a distance of more than 1 meter with others.
2. Hand hygiene
Wash your hands with tap water, soap or hand sanitizer according to the seven-step washing method. Wash your hands in time after going out, before and after meals, coughing or sneezing. One of the biggest problems for children to wash their hands is that the time is too short. Generally speaking, washing your hands with tap water and soap/kloc-0.5 seconds can take away 90% of the bacteria on your hands, and washing your hands for 30 seconds can take away 99.9% of the bacteria on your hands.
No matter when, running water washing+soap is the first choice. Parents take the lead in doing this, and children will naturally follow suit. Effective hand cleaning should follow the following 12 words: wash your hands frequently for half a minute, wash them with running water and dry them.
Step 3 put on a mask
You need to wear a mask correctly when you go out (completely cover your mouth and nose and stick it on your skin). The ring can touch the outside of the mask to avoid cross infection. Try not to go to crowded or closed places. Remember to wear a mask if you have to go out. Ordinary medical masks are enough. If the epidemic situation is serious, remember to wear N95 masks in crowded places.
4. Food safety
Pay attention to food hygiene. When eating out, you should use public chopsticks and spoons in a formal place with health protection to develop good food hygiene habits and prevent "illness from entering the mouth".
