Project form: With the cooperation of teammates, cross the bridge in the air in turn to reach the finish line.
Project function: individual challenge and teamwork, mutual support.
Rules: At an altitude of 8 meters, there are two boards with a width of 30 cm and a spacing of 50- 100 cm. The team members walk through the two boards in turn from one end. The other team members grabbed the rope hanging on the board in groups, grasped the balance and let the high-altitude team members pass smoothly.
Project features: high-altitude project
Cooperation coefficient: ★★★★★★★
Physical requirements: ★★★★★
Success factor: ★★★★
Training objective: to understand the importance of cooperation; Support from peers in the team plays a great role in building confidence and enhancing courage; Enhance the cohesion of the team through mutual care, support and cooperation.
Crossing the Heli Bridge is a very classic high-altitude project in the consulting project of the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and it is also the only high-altitude project with both personal challenges and team training. The projects we often take part in, such as breaking the bridge in the air and grabbing the bar in the air, are all personal challenges, but the project of crossing the bridge in a stand is different. In the process of participating in this project, players need to cooperate with each other. If the team members make mistakes in cooperation, it will be more difficult for the team members at high altitude to complete the project. The equipment frame design of Heli Bridge crossing project is also very special. Different from other high-altitude equipment racks, it is easy to find out which equipment is reasonable and distinctive when standing in the expansion area.
In the outward bound training project, the overall height of the equipment rack crossing the bridge is 10 meter, and the middle composite bridge slab is 8 meters according to the example on the ground, which means that the players who need to challenge stand at an altitude of 8 meters to complete the challenge of the high-altitude project. The specific design is like this. In the air 8 meters above the ground, there are three wooden boards, about 1.5 meters long and about 30 centimeters wide. The distance between the boards is about 20 cm. Players need to walk from one part of the first whiteboard to another until they reach the end of the last whiteboard, which shows that players will succeed in the challenge.
If the height of 9 meters in the joint bridge crossing project will bring us great trouble in challenging success, then the design of three boards on the equipment rack will have a greater impact on our challenging success. There are three boards at an altitude of 8 meters. These three boards are not very stable, which will make us feel dangerous. There are only two steel wires fixed at both ends on the first board, so the template will be very erratic in the air. On the second board, only 1 steel wire is fixed in the center of the board, which not only moves left and right, but also is unstable up and down. On the third plate, only one steel wire is fixed. Different from the second steel wire, the third steel wire is fixed at one third of the plate. But there are many ropes hanging on the ground under each board. Players can control the state of the board in the air by pulling the ropes, which is easier for challenged players.
