The peacekeeping center will undertake the following functions: it is responsible for peacekeeping operations and language training for the chief officers, military observers and staff officers of the peacekeeping department (detachment) of the China People's Liberation Army; Responsible for the intensive training of the backbone of the peacekeeping department (detachment) of the China People's Liberation Army before deployment; Guide the training of the whole army's peacekeeping standby forces; Training commanders, military observers and staff officers of peacekeeping departments (detachments) in friendly countries; To undertake peacekeeping training tasks assigned by the United Nations; Conduct academic exchanges and hold international peacekeeping seminars; Carry out theoretical research on peacekeeping and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
