Definition: Energy Manager (CEM) refers to the leaders and professional managers engaged in energy management in enterprises, who are (concurrently) the factory-level leaders and management departments in charge of energy management in enterprises, the technical leaders or full-time engineers in charge of energy conservation and energy management in production units (branches or workshops), and are an important part of scientific and technological management talents in enterprises. Energy managers should have good professional quality, knowledge of corresponding industries, master modern enterprise management methods and be proficient in enterprise energy management.
