Participants in middle-aged classes are generally outstanding young and middle-aged reserve cadres who have been included in inspection and training by party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels. In terms of age, it is required to be under 35 years old, and the age with outstanding or special expertise can be appropriately relaxed.
In terms of position, the requirements are the current department-level (or above) position, deputy department-level (or above), and the key personnel of the department with intermediate technical titles. Participants also need to be healthy and able to adapt to work and study tasks. The training time of young and middle-aged classes is more than 3 months 1 year. Through off-the-job training, we will train outstanding young and middle-aged cadres with high political quality, strong professional ability and leadership potential for party and government organs, enterprises and institutions.
