The second case is spreading rumors in Wangjing, Beijing. COVID-19 was found in many hotels and restaurants, and the COVID-19 personnel tested were positive. This information was circulated on many platforms, so the police immediately investigated the news and found that the information was false. This rumour maker is a 29-year-old woman. As for this woman who spread rumors, she has caused panic in some areas at a great speed, and this woman can be administratively detained according to law.

The third typical criminal case is a 2 1 year-old boy, which happened near Dazhong Temple in Haidian District, Beijing. Because the man didn't wear a mask to enter the convenience store, the clerk of the convenience store reminded him, but the 2 1 year-old boy didn't listen to the clerk's advice. Who had an argument with the shop assistant, the latter became more and more serious.
