First of all, thank you very much for giving me this rare learning opportunity. What is the theme of this activity? Weifang Preschool Education Center Teaching and Research Group Teaching and Research Activities Research Association? This activity is mainly divided into two forms: observation of teaching activities, comments and lectures. Especially the former, after observing, all the staff participated in the discussion and discussed the demonstration class, especially under the guidance of Professor Dong Xuhua (a professor at China Women's University), which benefited everyone present.

Through this activity, I feel a lot and I have greatly improved myself. Now I will summarize my experience as follows:

Have a deeper understanding and discussion of teaching activities in various fields. This observation activity covers many fields and age groups, including I like me in social field, eye protection songs and fun cartons in health field, magic paper change in art field, colorful fireworks and winter trees, elephant going home and fun gyro in science field.

Secondly, through the evaluation of experts and teachers, we have a new understanding of the design of teaching activities.

This observation activity will be put forward by Professor Dong after each activity, and many teachers put forward their own views according to their thinking points. Teachers have different opinions, but they have a deeper understanding of the problem through discussion. In the future teaching activities, I think we must strive to do the following:

1. The choice of teaching activity name must be centered on and consistent with the teaching objectives and contents, and then pursue attraction and uniqueness. Similar activities can't go wrong: "Eye Protection Song" has no goal or content. Song? As a point, "interesting top"? Top? It is not a noun in itself. Trees in winter are not straightforward, but focus on drawing lines.

2. The design of teaching activities should avoid various forms and pay attention to all aspects. Teach all the relevant knowledge to children through one activity, not necessarily a little. Eat fat in one bite? Not to mention the limited acceptance of children, let them experience for a while, let them learn nursery rhymes for a while, let them look at pictures for a while, and record their busyness with pictures for a while, but the focus of teaching activities is not prominent.

3. The exploration of new fields should be clever, such as "The Tree in Winter" in this activity, which tries to let children learn chalk painting. The genre is novel and creative, but in the early stage, we should fully understand the development characteristics of children in this field as much as possible, and the technical terms should be easy to understand.

4. In teaching activities, if there are repetitive activities, such as telling two stories and doing two experiments, then the second goal should be more hierarchical, step by step and avoid repetitive activities.

How to communicate and evaluate with children is the focus of our future teaching activities. In teaching activities, many children's reactions and reactions are unexpected. Giving children affirmation or response in time has an important influence on their development.

6. Choose the background music carefully. In many teaching activities, there has been a phenomenon that children play background music while creating or experimenting. Experts suggest that the choice of background music should be cautious, and light music is preferred. As for whether background music has an influence on children's creation, this is still a problem that we need to explore in the future.

Thirdly, through this learning activity, I found that I have many shortcomings. I always thought what I lacked was practice. For theory, after years of study, it is no longer a problem. But now it is found that the development of early childhood education is too rapid, and it will still fall behind the times if you don't study. In particular, the "Guide to Early Childhood Education" needs a more thorough interpretation and what requirements each age group has for young children. If the head teacher doesn't even know these things, then he is really a very unqualified teacher.

Fourth, the direction of future efforts.

It doesn't matter if there are shortcomings, it is most important to make progress after knowing enough. Through this activity, I found that there are many places worth studying in the design of teaching activities. With the vigorous development of pre-school education, I believe that in the near future, teaching activities in all fields will be paid as much attention as subject teaching in primary and secondary schools, so I will conduct field research in combination with my own specialties.
