The conditions for applying for a human resource certificate are:

1, age18;

2. Have a college degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 1 year, have reached the training standard of this profession in hr administrator, and have obtained a graduation certificate;

3. Have a college degree and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

The examination is organized by the Ministry of Labor and conducted nationwide twice a year, in May and 1 1 month respectively. After passing the examination, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security will issue the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager (national vocational qualification level 2).

Human resource managers are mainly engaged in employee recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, salary and welfare management, and labor relations coordination. In 2020, the Ministry of Human Resources "Announcement of General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Relevant Arrangements for Publicizing the Exit of Skilled Talents with Level Evaluation" proposed that human resource managers should withdraw from the national vocational qualification catalogue (Table 63), and the Qualification Certificate of Enterprise Human Resource Managers should be cancelled from 2020, and the human resource manager certificate should be regarded as the vocational skill certificate in the field of human resources.
