Official website of Suqian Teachers College shows that Suqian Teachers College was founded in 1956, upgraded to a higher normal school in 2005, moved to a new campus in 2007, and was managed by Jiangsu United Vocational and Technical College on 20 14. It is the only five-year specialized public school in Suqian that trains primary and kindergarten teachers. The school offers five five-year majors, such as preschool education, music education, art education, tourism management, child care service and management, and has successively added the school cards of Suqian Art School, Suqian Tourism School and Suqian Teacher Training Center, and cooperated with Nantong University, Jiangsu Second Normal University and Yangzhou Vocational College to undertake correspondence education.
