Victory League Figo Football Academy was founded by Victory League and World Footballer of the Year Madeira Philippe. As a partner, Figo served as the dean of the college, providing in-depth support in coach selection, activity organization, technical teaching guidance, player exchange, selection and recommendation. The coaching staff was personally selected by Figo from Portugal, with European coaching qualifications and rich experience in youth football training.

The college provides professional bilingual football training courses for teenagers aged 4- 15. All the teaching takes place after school. Students can choose the nearest football academy outlet in their city and community for training. As of May 20 15, the College has opened branches in ten major cities in China: Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Ordos, Guangzhou, Xi, Dalian, Chongqing, Changzhou and Huizhou.
