Second, teachers' new curriculum ideas need to be further strengthened.

What should be affirmed is that our teachers' training objectives have a strong sense of development. Although we have taken the leadership position, we still don't give up teaching practice and insist on doing open classes and research courses. And too much routine work makes our teachers unable to lift their heads, less time to study in the classroom, less opportunities to contact children, and less space and time for teachers to develop. Although we have seen famous teachers who are correct in business and politics, we have also seen many teachers who used to be comfortable on the podium and now stand in front of students. The former free and easy, thoughtful has disappeared, replaced by students' teaching design, artificial, unaffiliated teaching attitude, rigid classroom without tension.

To be sure, there will be more famous teachers in educational administration (learning) management positions in the future. How to maintain the development momentum of this group and how to give full play to the leading and exemplary role of this team is a subject before us.
