3. System guarantee: In order to keep the workshop environment normal, we have divided detailed health responsibility areas. From environmental sanitation to equipment maintenance, the responsibility lies with people, and whoever has problems in the responsibility area will be responsible. The environmental sanitation of the roll call room in the workshop shall be carried out in turn to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.

3. Organize the study of Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Color Management in Chemical Enterprises, so that employees can gain more knowledge and improve their quality.
4. Conduct a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of fire-fighting equipment to ensure the smooth flow of fire-fighting pipelines, and organize employees to learn the Review of Safety Production Knowledge of BMW Fertilizer Plant to increase safety knowledge and master accident handling methods. The environment of the workshop is brand-new, with brand-new signboards and billboards filled with a strong cultural atmosphere.
Chapter 2: Experience and summary of 6S management in production workshop.
Since the implementation of 6S management in automatic power workshop, all employees have a further understanding and in-depth understanding of 6S management concept through training, on-site guidance and help. 20 1x, workshop leaders took the lead and personally took the lead in research, which promoted the development of 6S management to a new stage and achieved good results. Combined with the development of TPM, we deeply searched for six sources of activities, and constantly solved the difficult hazards of cleaning, including the environmental transformation of air compressor room, the air leakage transformation of boiler furnace head, the design of ash hopper car and other innovative topics. In the process of development, employees are active in innovative thinking, and there are many bright spots in equipment, workplace and potential safety hazards.

In order to standardize and effectively carry out 6S management, formulate the workshop 6S assessment rules, make clear the assessment rules, set the cleaning difficulty coefficient for each post, check each team and post irregularly according to the system, and increase the assessment of not wearing labor protection articles, ever-burning lamps and water, electricity and water waste, which greatly improved the awareness of employees in each team and actively participated in 6S management, from passive participation to active participation.
5. Safety work has always been the top priority of workshop work. The workshop conducts regular safety hazard investigation, and promptly urges the rectification, inspection and evaluation of safety hazards and leaks to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

In the process of 6S management in the workshop, each team has improved obviously, but there is still a big gap from the requirements of the factory department, and there are many shortcomings:
1. There are still chaotic, irregular and untidy items in the office and production site, and the complete identification needs to be further improved.
2. The awareness of workshop and team self-inspection needs to be improved, and it is always carried out under the supervision of 6S office of the factory. Without self-correction and self-examination, chaos does not mean inspection. The leadership is not at the same level as it.
3. The awareness of full participation is weak, and the nonconformities detected each time are arranged and implemented by department leaders one by one, and the awareness of active participation of managers is poor.
4. Consolidation measures have not been implemented, and the phenomenon of repeated rebound after rectification often occurs.
