First, Chongqing rhythmic gymnastics reserve personnel training status
(1) Gymnasts (Wan Li, Xu Yading,) have established a training mechanism for reserve talents in Chongqing rhythmic gymnastics. Who graduated from Chengdu Institute of Physical Education 1986? For a long time, the reserve team of rhythmic gymnastics in Chongqing is mainly composed of professional teams, amateur sports schools, traditional project schools and clubs. Chongqing's management mode is divided into "three centralized" teaching mode, which aims at professional team athletes and provides them with a comprehensive guarantee of "eating, living and practicing", with training as the main and learning as the supplement. The teaching mode of "combination of sports and education" is aimed at athletes in amateur sports schools, traditional project schools and clubs. Students attend classes at school, train in sports schools, and eat at home, with learning as the mainstay and training as the supplement.
(2) The on-the-job training of coaches, the training quality of rhythmic gymnastics reserve talents and the training experience of coaches are directly related, so on-the-job training of coaches is very necessary. Getting the news of special aspects and new rules in time is helpful for coaches to understand and master the latest development trends. At present, Chongqing rhythmic gymnastics reserve coaches have participated in pre-competition coach training in our city for a short time and the training content is not comprehensive. Some coaches have an opportunity to go out for training once a year. There are a few coaches in traditional project schools who have no chance to take part in the study because of their heavy teaching tasks and complicated daily work. In their spare time, they will learn teaching experience and training methods by themselves or with trained coaches.
Second, Chongqing Rhythmic Gymnastics Reserve Talents Training Countermeasures
(1) Provide a well-executed training plan for young coaches, organize targeted training for coaches at different levels, help coaches improve their professional ability and level, and introduce coaches with higher professional and technical level. To strengthen the construction of teaching staff, coaches of each team should learn from each other, improve the training mode and improve the coaching system.
(2) According to different age groups, competition tasks, training years and athletes' characteristics, reasonably arrange training time and teaching content. Ensure the training time of each training team.
(3) Government departments and team leaders should pay more attention to rhythmic gymnastics, support and invest funds to improve the training environment (conditions), and at the same time increase training equipment to ensure the smooth training of each team and improve the training quality, so as to promote the development of rhythmic gymnastics and improve the training quality of reserve talents.
