1. If the house as a classroom is your own, provide the property right certificate (original and copy); If it is rented, provide the owner's ownership certificate (copy) and the signed rental agreement.

2. If the school is large in scale and named as "XXX Children's Art School", it shall be reported to the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Municipal Education Bureau for approval; Small-scale, it is called "XXX District Children's Art Training School" and reported to the District Administration for Industry and Commerce and the District Education Bureau for approval.

3. Procedures to be provided include: legal person ID card (original and photocopy), household registration book (original and photocopy), necessary economic guarantee certificate, 1-2 identification certificate of art teacher, professional graduation certificate and teacher qualification certificate (photocopy).

4. After all the formalities are submitted for approval, the functional department will issue you a school license within 10-30 working days.
