5. Apply for subsidies. Enterprises applying for on-the-job training subsidies for employees shall be handled according to the following requirements:

7. If an enterprise entrusts an institution to train employees for job suitability, it shall clarify the relationship between the enterprise and the institution through the contract.
8. The enterprise shall establish and implement employee on-the-job training files, and timely file the training plan, training outline, trainer roster, labor contract of employees participating in training, student sign-in form, training pictures, training photos, training results or training effects.
