1. It is strictly forbidden for schools to hold various training classes, cram schools, super-long classes, competition classes and advanced classes that charge students. All the prescribed teaching contents must be incorporated into the normal teaching links. Except for the third grade, which can make up lessons according to the regulations, it is strictly forbidden for schools and first and second grades in compulsory education to organize students to make up lessons collectively in evening self-study, weekends, national legal holidays, winter and summer vacations.

2. It is strictly forbidden for public schools to rent all kinds of tuition training courses, cram schools, extra-long classes, competition classes, upgrading classes and other educational and teaching venues and resources to primary and secondary school students.

3. It is strictly forbidden for teachers to organize any form of paid tutoring and paid remedial classes. Teachers introduce students to each other to provide paid tutoring sources for each other, make use of different subjects they teach, and jointly provide collective tutoring at home, providing paid tutoring sources for social educational institutions and benefiting from them.
