Assistant human resource manager (national vocational qualification level 3) (1) has been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years. (2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise of Grade IV in this occupation. (3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise in the fourth level of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the enterprise in the third level of this occupation to reach the prescribed standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion. (four) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years. (5) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year after obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate; (6) Obtaining a bachelor's degree certificate, reaching the required standard hours after training by the human resources manager of the tertiary enterprise in this occupation, and obtaining a certificate of completion. (7) Having a master's degree or above. Human resource manager (national vocational qualification level II) (1) has been engaged in this occupation for more than 13 years; (2) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager in a third-class enterprise. (three) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years. (four) after obtaining a bachelor's degree certificate, engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years; (five) after obtaining a master's degree certificate, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years. Senior human resource manager of an enterprise (meeting one of the following conditions): (national vocational qualification level 1) (1) Obtained the professional qualification certificate of the professional human resource manager, worked continuously in this major for more than 3 years, reached the required standard hours after formal training by the professional senior human resource manager, and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate; (2) have obtained a doctorate in this major or related major and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
